We collect personalinformation that you voluntarily provide to us when registering an account withMozaic Earth via the Mozaic Earth Services, expressing an interest in obtaininginformation about us or our products and services, when participating inactivities on Mozaic Earth Services (such as interacting with other users ofapps) or otherwise contacting us.
The personalinformation that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with usand Mozaic Earth, the choices you make and the products and features you use.The personal information we collect can include the following:
Name and Contact Data.We collect your first and last name, email address and a user name.
Credentials. Wecollect passwords used for authentication and account access.
Social Media LoginData. We provide you with the option to register using social media accountdetails, like your Facebook or Google account. If you choose to register inthis way, we will collect the Information described in the section called “YOURSOCIAL LOGINS” below.
All personalinformation that you provide to us must be true, complete and accurate, and youmust notify us of any changes to such personal information.
Informationautomatically collected
Some information –such as IP address and/or browser and device characteristics – is collectedautomatically when you visit our Sites or Apps.
We automaticallycollect certain information when you visit, use or navigate the Sites or Apps.This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name orcontact information) but may include device and usage information, such as yourIP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, languagepreferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information abouthow and when you use our Sites or Apps and other technical information. Informationcollected through our Apps
We may collectinformation regarding your location and mobile device when you use our apps.
If you use our Apps,we may also collect the following information:
Location Information.Depending on the purpose of the app you are using the app may request access orpermission to and track location-based information from your mobile device,either continuously or while you are using our mobile application, to providelocation-based services. If you wish to change how your location is recorded,you may do so in your device’s settings.
Mobile Device Access.Depending on the purpose of the app you are using the app may request access orpermission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobiledevice’s camera, microphone, sensors, storage, and other features. If you wishto change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.
Informationcollected from other sources
We collect only theinformation we need to operate your account for the project that you sign upto. We may collect limited data frompublic databases, marketing partners, social media platforms, and other outsidesources in order to do this. Where thisis the case, it will be detailed on a per-project basis.
Where needed, we mayobtain information about you from other sources, such as public databases,joint marketing partners, social media platforms (such as Facebook), as well asfrom other third parties. Examples of the information we receive from other sourcesmay include: social media profile information such as your name, email, currentcity, country; marketing leads and search results and links, including paidlistings (such as sponsored links).
2. Use of Information
We process yourinformation for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfilmentof our contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or yourconsent.
We use personalinformation collected via our Sites or Apps for a variety of business purposesdescribed below. We process your personal information for these purposes inreliance on our legitimate business interests (“Business Purposes”), in orderto enter into or perform a contract with you (“Contractual”), with your consent(“Consent”), and/or for compliance with our legal obligations (“LegalReasons”). 4. Your Social Logins
If you choose toregister or log in to our websites using a social media account, we may haveaccess to certain information about you.
Some of our Sites orApps offer you the ability to register and login using your third party socialmedia account details (like your Facebook or Twitter logins). Where you chooseto do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from yoursocial media provider. Please note that we do not control, and are not responsible for, otheruses of your personal information by your third party social media provider. We keep yourinformation for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes of each project oras outlined in this privacy policy unless otherwise required by law.
We will only keep yourpersonal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out inthis privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permittedby law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements). No purpose inthis policy will require us keeping your personal information for longer thanthe period of time specified in the Terms.
When we have noongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we willeither delete or anonymise it, or, if this is not possible (for example,because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then wewill securely store your personal information and isolate it from any furtherprocessing until deletion is possible.

Account Information
